Bindu Bimarsha is a quarterly Odia literary and cultural criticism journal dedicated to fostering intellectual discourse on literature and culture. The journal aims to:

The journal does not accept creative writing such as poems, stories, novels, plays, or translations. All submissions must be in the Odia language, written in the Unicode Kalinga script, and adhere to the journal’s formatting and ethical guidelines.
