ସ୍ୱାମୀତ୍ୱ ଅଧିକାର:

ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଲେଖାର ସ୍ୱାମୀତ୍ୱ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ଲେଖକଙ୍କ ନିଜ ହସ୍ତରେ ରହିଥାଏ।

ଅଣସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରକାଶନ ଅଧିକାର (Non-exclusive right):

ଲେଖା ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଲେଖକ/ଲେଖିକା ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶକୁ ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରିଣ୍ଟ ଓ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ଫର୍ମାଟ୍‌ରେ ପ୍ରକାଶନ, ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ବିତରଣ ପାଇଁ ଅଣସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର (Non-exclusive) ଅଧିକାର ଦେଇଥାନ୍ତି।

ପୁନଃପ୍ରକାଶନ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା:

ଲେଖକ/ଲେଖିକା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଶୋଧପତ୍ର, ବହି କିମ୍ବା ବ୍ଲଗ୍‌ରେ ପୁନଃ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ କରିପାରିବେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ପ୍ରକାଶନ ହୋଇଥିବା କଥା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ନୂତନତ୍ଵ ଓ ଅନୁମତି:

ଲେଖାଟି ମୂଳ ଓ ନୂତନ ହୋଇଥିବା, ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଶୋଧପତ୍ରର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ନ ହୋଇଥିବା ଓ କୌଣସି କପିରାଇଟ୍ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କରୁନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଲେଖକ ସ୍ଵୀକାର କରିଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଅନ୍ୟ ଉପାଦାନ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ, ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଉଚିତ ଅନୁମତି ନେବା ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଲେଖକଙ୍କ।

ସମ୍ପାଦନା ଅଧିକାର:

ପ୍ରକାଶନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଭାଷା, ରୂପରେଖ, ଏବଂ ରୂପସଜ୍ଜା ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦନା ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

ମୁକ୍ତ ବିତରଣ / ପ୍ରକାଶନ ନୀତି (Open Access) :

ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶ ଏକ ଓପନ୍ ଆକ୍ସେସ୍ ଶୋଧ ପତ୍ରିକା। ଏଠାରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧ ପଠନ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଧୃତି ପାଇଁ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ଅଟେ। ଲେଖକଙ୍କୁ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାଶନ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲାଗେନାହିଁ ।

ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା:

ଯଦି ଆମଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ପୁସ୍ତକ / ପତ୍ରିକା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପୁନଃ ବ୍ୟବହାର କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ବିନ୍ଦୁ ବିମର୍ଶର ମୂଳ ପ୍ରକାଶନ ହିସାବରେ ଉଚିତ ଭାବରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
